Il Prof Pasquale Daponte, docente dell’Università del Sannio, ha ricevuto il prestigioso premio “Career Excellence Award” dalla IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society (http://www.ieee-ims.org). Come noto, l’Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers– IEEE (http://www.ieee.org) è la più importante organizzazione mondiale nel settore elettrico ed elettronico. La cerimonia di consegna del premio si è tenuta a Houston (USA) durante il 2018 International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference, 14-17 maggio 2018. Il premio è stato assegnato con la seguente motivazione “For a lifelong career and outsanding leadership in research and education on instrumentation and measurement, and a passionate and continuous service, international in scope, to the profession.”
